Returns
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of the status. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please note that a 20% restocking and repackaging fee based on the item's value will be deducted from the refund amount. Your balance will be refunded within 14 to 28 days from the date we receive your returned items.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different model, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any difference in price and applicable shipping charges.Â
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
